Grady Laksmono's decision to return to Indonesia after working in Silicon Valley caused some of his closest friends to question his decision. Grady discovered that by being in Indonesia, he can pick his own game and solve some fundamental challenges than what he can solve in the United States.

With the urge to make a greater impact in his country, encourages Grady to build Moka, which was later acquired by Gojek. Of course, certain things are very different in the United States. What are they, and how did Grady deal with them when he first arrived in Indonesia and decided to build Moka?
