Fakta iHeartRadio Music Awards 2023

iHeartRadio Music Awards 2023 telah sukses digelar pada hari ini dengan pembawa acara Lenny Kravitz. Sebelum acara resmi dimulai, sederet selebriti berpose terlebih dulu di red carpet termasuk Doja Cat, Bebe Rexha hingga Madison Beer.

Diketahui bahwa iHeartRadio Music Awards adalah ajang penghargaan untuk merayakan artis dan lagu yang paling banyak diputar di seluruh stasiun iHeartRadio dan aplikasi sepanjang tahun 2022. Voting telah berlangsung sejak Mei tahun lalu dan penggemar dapat memilih berbagai kategori termasuk Best Lyrics, Best Music Video, hingga Best Fan Army.

Pink menerima Icon Awards. Sedangkan Taylor Swift meraih Innovator Awards, sebuah penghargaan yang diberikan kepada artis yang telah memengaruhi budaya pop global sepanjang karier mereka. Dalam pidato penerimaannya, Taylor Swift sempat bercanda dan kemudian berterima kasih pada penggemar karena terus mengikuti kariernya.

“Saya tidak pernah sekalipun bangun di pagi hari dan berpikir, 'Kamu tahu apa yang akan saya lakukan hari ini? Aku akan berinovasi dalam beberapa hal. Hal-hal perlu diinovasi dan saya akan menjadi orang yang melakukannya’. Apa yang saya lakukan adalah mencoba membuat keputusan yang tepat untuk saya pada saat itu, apakah itu pernah berhasil dilakukan sebelumnya atau tidak,” ujar Taylor dikutip dari Yahoo News pada Selasa, 28 Maret 2023.
