Sustainability Action for the Future Economy (SAFE) is an annual forum delivering powerful and thoughtful conversations with top leaders, experts, and professionals on Indonesia's sustainability economy. Held by Katadata Indonesia since 2020, SAFE has become a significant forum for government, corporates and industries, as well as civil organizations and the public to explore experience, strategies, and actions in developing Indonesia’s sustainable economy.

Presenting the main theme "Indonesia Ecosphere", SAFE 2024 will serve as a platform and forum for discussing various developments and innovations in sustainability, as well as showcasing various sustainable innovations. This theme is also expected to inspire various parties to strengthen the sustainability agenda in Indonesia.

Ecosphere Forum

The Ecosphere Forum is a multi-stakeholder discussion platform that gathers leaders and innovators in the sustainability and green economy sectors in Indonesia. Addressing various topics including climate commitments, carbon economy, transition finance, energy transition, sustainable industry, and forest and land use, this forum aims to foster idea exchange and promote sustainable collaboration for Indonesia.

Ecosphere Showcase & Activity

It serves as a space to showcase and promote various green initiatives. The exhibition features 10 participants, ranging from circular economy innovations to green jobs campaigns.

Katadata ESG Index

Represents Katadata's commitment to strengthen the implementation of ESG in corporate Indonesia. The Katadata ESG Index is a product of Katadata Insight Center with support from various ESG experts in Indonesia. The index is based on publicly available sustainability reports of listed companies in Indonesia.
