Commercial Strategist

Job Description

      • Consolidating the action plans of each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) related to the revenue achievement plan
      • Reporting the achievement of revenue VS target
      • Consolidating monthly sales finalization meetings (closing)
      • Consolidating the achievements of on hand, hot prospects, and prospects from sales every month
      • Checking the margin of each project to sales coordinator
      • Reporting a margin check per project to VP commercial after being reviewed by the deputy commercial
      • Take notes and coordinate to mitigate problems that arise in the commercial area
      • Check and remind sales coordinators to fill out CRM Barantum and report every month
      • Requesting sales performances that have not been and have been recorded at Barantum every month



      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management, finance, communications, etc
      • Capable of working and collaborating with a wide range of people (across divisions)
      • Good skills in operating MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint)
      • Readiness to take on new tasks and areas of responsibility
      • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
      • Strong ability to work independently, set deadlines, plan, organize and implement activities
      • Attention to detail, especially in numbers
