Pemeran Doctor Strange, Benedict Cumberbatch hadir di BAFTA 2022 Film Awards bersama sang istri, Sophie Hunter. Benedict menyematkan pin bendera Ukraina sebagai bentuk dukungan.

Menurutnya, kita tidak bisa mengabaikan penderitaan warga Ukraina yang kehilangan rumah hingga tewas di tengah invasi Rusia. Benedict mengajak orang-orang untuk ikut berdonasi dan mendorong politisi untuk membangun tempat pengungsian yang memadai.

“Beberapa orang berinisiatif menjadi relawan dan menampung pengungsi di rumah mereka, aku berharap bisa ikut ambil bagian,” ungkapnya dilansir dari Daily Mail pada Senin, 14 Maret 2022.

Selain itu, Benedict Cumberbatch bertemu dengan Tom Hiddleston di atas panggung BAFTA 2022. Keduanya saling memberikan pelukan yang langsung menjadi trending topik di Twitter hari ini. Tom Hiddleston hadir bersama kekasihnya, Zawe Ashton.
