Menurutnya, EP Brightside bukanlah album tapi Brian melihatnya sebagai sebuah catatan mental mengenai beberapa tahun belakangan dimana dia berproses dan tumbuh menjadi seorang artis.

Brian menggandeng Warren Hue menciptakan lagu Getcho Mans lengkap dengan musik video yang dirilis pada 20 Januari 2021 di YouTube 88rising. Di kolom komentar musik video, penggemar dari seluruh dunia memuji penampilan mereka.
