Ingredients:

1. 3-4 spoonful of flour
2. 2 eggs
3. 250 ml of milk
4. 1 stick of butter

Materials:

1. Mixing bowl
2. 2 table spoons
3. 2 cups
4. 1 small pan

Steps:

1. First, put the flour in the bowl
2. Then, put 250 ml of milk in the bowl
3. Break the 2 eggs into the bowl. Mix it with a spoon
4. Heat up the pan and put the butter. Then put the mix in the pan
5. Let the pancake mix cook about 5 minutes. Flip pancake over when the top is brown

Ingredients:

1. 2 tbsp sunflower oil
2. 1 onion, thinly sliced
3. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
4. a thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
5. 6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
6. 3 tbsp medium spice paste
7. 400g can of chopped tomatoes
8. 100g Greek yogurt
9. 1 small bunch of coriander, leaves chopped

5. Stir though the yogurt, coriander and ground almonds, season and serve with warm naan or fluffy basmati rice.
