Pemenang Critics Choice Awards 2023, Drama Pachinko Kalahkan 1899

ZIGI – Pemenang Critics Choice Awards 2023 telah diumumkan pada Senin, 16 Januari 2023. Drama Pachinko yang dibintangi Lee Min Ho berhasil membawa pulang piala untuk kategori Best Foreign Language Series.

Di samping itu, Zendaya juga kembali bersinar tahun ini dengan meraih piala Best Actress in a Drama Series. Sebelumnya, pacar Tom Holland tersebut juga memenangkan piala Golden Globes 2023 berkat perannya di Euphoria. Simak daftar pemenang Critics Choice Awards 2023 di artikel ini!

Drama Pachinko Raih Piala

Critics Choice Awards ke-28 berlangsung di Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel, Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat. Acara yang dipandu oleh Chelsea Handler ini untuk menghormati para pekerja seni di bidang film dan televisi.

Film Everything Everywhere All At Once memimpin nominasi untuk film dengan meraih 14 kategori. Film yang dibintangi Michelle Yeoh ini juga berhasil meraih penghargaan utama termasuk Best Picture, Best Supporting Actor (untuk Ke Huy Quan), Best Director (untuk Daniel Kwan dan Daniel Scheinert), Best Original Screenplay, dan Best Editing.

Sementara untuk kategori televisi didominasi oleh Better Call Saul dengan menang Best Drama Series, Best Actor in a Drama Series (untuk Bob Odenkirk), dan Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (untuk Giancarlo Esposito).

Drama Pachinko, Extraordinary Attorney Woo, 1899, Borgen, Garcia!, The Kingdom Exodus, Kleo, My Brilliant Friend dan Tehran dinominasikan untuk kategori Best Foreign Language Series. Kategori tersebut akhirnya dimenangkan oleh Pachinko, drama Korea yang dibintangi Lee Min Ho dan Kim Min Ha.

Film Korea Decision to Leave juga dinominasikan untuk Best Foreign Language Film, tetapi piala akhirnya jatuh ke film RRR dari India.

Produksi Korea Selatan kini telah memenangkan Critics Choice Awards tiga kali berturut-turut. Hal itu diawali oleh Minari pada tahun 2021, Squid Game di 2022 dan Pachinko untuk tahun ini.
